What exactly do my clients get?
Your clients get a free Progressive Web App (PWA) they install from their browser — no App Store needed. It works on both iOS and Android. They see today's workout, log every set in real time, track their progress with charts, message you directly, and view their schedule. It looks and feels like a native app.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. Your clients use Stackd completely free. You're the paying customer. Your subscription covers unlimited client access to the workout app.
What's a PWA? Will my clients know how to use it?
A Progressive Web App is a website that installs to your client's home screen like a regular app. They visit a link, tap "Add to Home Screen," and it's done. No App Store downloads, no updates to manage. It sends push notifications and works offline.
Can I import my existing programs from spreadsheets?
Yes (Pro plan and above). Drag and drop your Excel or CSV files into the program builder. Our smart matching system maps your exercises to the database automatically. You review, tweak if needed, and assign.
How does the AI program generator work?
Tell the AI your client's goals, experience level, available equipment, and training frequency. It generates a complete multi-week program with exercises, sets, reps, intensity targets, and rest periods. You can edit anything before assigning it. What used to take 1-2 hours takes 5 minutes.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account pauses — no charges, no data lost. You can reactivate anytime and pick up where you left off.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're prorated.
Is my data secure?
Stackd uses enterprise-grade Row-Level Security, meaning trainers can only see their own clients' data, and clients can only see their own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We never share or sell your data.
